The best career choice for all those candidates seeking to enter in the glorified nursing career would be the career practice as a certified nursing assistant (CNA). Certified nursing assistants are basically the basic nursing care providers who work under the supervision of registered nurses or medical doctors. They provide routine basic nursing care to the patients such as responding to patients’ need, assisting them in their daily activities like feeding, bathing, grooming, helping them with light exercises, relocating the bedridden patients to prevent bedsores, preparing patients for medical procedures and surgery and many more. Also some nursing assistants, according to the department they are involved with, need to take extra responsibilities according to the situation and demand of patients.
